Waterloo is home to Samuel Automation’s headquarters and the largest concentration of our engineering and build operations. The facility serves as the central hub for program management, system design, machine assembly, and FAT/SAT activities, supporting projects from early concept through final validation.
This facility enables close, hands-on collaboration with customers and plays a key role in aligning teams, standards, and expertise across all Samuel Automation locations.
Regional Engineering and Build Support
Vaughan, Ontario

Located just north of Toronto, our Vaughan facility provides flexible capacity for GTA customers and supports ongoing production programs, engineering activities, and machine builds.
Vaughan strengthens our ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while offering convenient access for customers across the Greater Toronto Area.
U.S. Engineering & Build Presence
Tucson, Arizona

Our Tucson facility expands Samuel Automation’s ability to serve American customers with local presence, shared engineering, and aligned assembly processes.
