Phone And/Or Teams Interview
After reviewing your application, a member of our talent acquisition team will contact you if the role seems like a good fit. You will be interviewed by phone and/or asked to complete a video interview.
On-Site Interview
You will be invited to a Samuel location to meet with the hiring manager and other members of the Samuel team.
Offer
If you are successful, you will be contacted by phone with a verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer. You have two business days to respond. Offers are conditional on completing our background check.
Background Check
Requirements vary slightly by country and role. Standard items include a reference check and verification of your past employment.

Someone is referring me for a position, how do I indicate that in my application?
Great question! Please ask the person who is referring you to access our online HR system (Connect) and select the role you’re interested in. From there, they can select ‘Actions’, ‘Refer Candidate’ from the top right corner. They will then be prompted to email the application to you, and you can apply directly from there.
How does Samuel approach flexible work?
While the opportunities vary by role and location, we do try to offer flexible work schedules where possible.
What kind of learning and development opportunities do you offer?
We offer a range of learning and development opportunities, including:
- A company mentorship program, which is open to all employees, at every level.
- Leadership development training for new managers and senior leaders, which blends online and in-person learning.
- A tuition reimbursement program that allows you to continue your learning outside of the organization. Samuel Automation will cover educational costs up to $10,000 annually.
