Life Sciences
A Life sciences partner you can count on
With more than 13 years of experience, the Samuel Automation team brings a deep understanding of life science requirements, as well as an expertise in complex manufacturing, operations, and cutting-edge custom automation. Our team of world-class engineers is here to help you solve your unique problem. Our one-off solutions use the best technology and will allow you to bring your new system or product to market in record time.
However, we also recognize the importance of mitigating risk, and we won’t cut corners to save time or reduce our operational costs. We are the partner you can trust to reliably deliver on your expectations, diligently protect your trade secrets and help you consistently deliver products of the highest quality, in the smallest space possible. Here are some of the ways we do that:
Quality Assurance
Working in the Healthcare industry teaches you the importance of reliability. When the needle you’re making or the device you’re creating may be responsible for saving a life, traceability, predictability, repeatability and validation are invaluable and that’s exactly what automation delivers.
Designing with Validation in Mind
- First, we clearly identify the requirements
- Next, we assess of the appropriate technology
- Then we define system capabilities
This approach ensures reliable and reproducible results and paves the way for the validation process. Our focus on consistency allows us to execute projects knowing qualification processes will be satisfied on time and on budget. We can also customize our level of engagement in the Validation Documentation process to meet your exact needs.
Onsite Cleanroom
Our in-house cleanroom environment is the perfect place to create products that need maximum protection. This sterile space, which allows us to control a variety of elements – including static, temperature and sound – is essential for proof of principle testing and full-scale automation acceptance testing in an environment that simulates those of highly regulated industries, for things like medical device assembly and contaminant inspection.
We offer equipment that facilitates cleaning to maintain a low bioburden level on our machines, and the unique knowledge needed to design and manufacture automation technology in a cleanroom environment, providing you with an unmatched level of confidence that no rejects have been mixed with your approved products. When required, we can also monitor for batch integrity on the finished product as well as incoming materials.
Superior Customer Relationship
We are committed to working with you to fully understand your specific needs and we want you to have complete confidence in us and our capabilities.
Whether it’s verifying speeds and controls, running prototyping tests or evaluating different technologies, we will spend the time needed to fully verify every element of your automation system. We recognize that the more due diligence we do along the way – from the proposal to testing the machine on the floor – the more confidence we can have in knowing we’re delivering exactly what you’re looking for.
