Hear from Our Customers

Anytime we have worked with you, the design has been solid. We always have lots of good collaboration and open communication and you build good, robust machines.”

Example

We were able to improve the quality control for high-volume IV bag handling and inspection through an integrated Samuel Automation system.
Our system also offered inline reject capability and ensured both process and vision systems were working as intended by employing our process monitoring and vision software (SPMX and MAVIX).

Capabilities

  • Autoclave load/unload using sterilized trays
  • Reorienting and transferring bags between conveyors multiple time during continuous motion, including:
    1. From tray to flat belt conveyor
    2. Vision-guided positioning conducted by robots
    3. Moving from belt to pinch conveyor for bag integrity testing
    4. Moving from pinch to overhead conveyor for vision inspection
    5. Moving from overhead to flat belt conveyor for pack-out
